Wales Road NE (SR 241) Improvement Project—PID 86040

Project consisted of an urban paving project with main components of planing and resurfacing of roadway surface, installation of curb ramps, and pavement markings.

Main Avenue Improvement Project—PID 86562 

Project included existing conditions survey, straight line mapping for resurfacing, drainage improvements, ADA compliant curb ramps/sidewalk replacement, full depth pavement repair.  Prepare grant application for funding from SCATS and Stark County Commissioners which were secured.

Tremont Avenue SW Improvement Project—PID 88241

Project included existing conditions survey, straight line mapping for resurfacing, drainage improvements, ADA compliant curb ramps/sidewalk replacement, full depth pavement repair.  Preparation of grant application for funding from SCATS and Stark County Commissioners which were secured.

Intersection(s) Improvement Project—PID 81897

Project included improvements to two intersections that consisted of widening to improve turn radius with the majority of existing roadway base utilized and various sections receiving full depth replacement.  The project was completed consistent with current ODOT design standards; new curbing and sidewalks, replacement of existing portions of the storm sewer, new traffic signals and signage reconstructed by providing 12” lenses, interconnect the controllers with the surrounding signalized intersections, overhead signs and re-stripe.  Preparation of grant application for funding from SCATS and ODOT Safety Funds.

9th Street SW Street Widening and Storm Sewer Project
Provided design and construction management services along with grant writing with main project components consisting of items such as the widening, realigning and profiling of the deteriorated roadway with full depth pavement replacement, and redesign of insufficient geometry; 448 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course & Intermediate Course; 301 Asphalt Concrete Base; Installation of a storm sewer system including curb, catch basins and manholes along with varying size piping; water line relocation.  Prepared grant applications which was secured through the Ohio Public Works Commission, Ohio Department of Transportation, and the Ohio Development Services Agency.


The following projects are a small representative sample of some recent projects our people have designed and/or for which we have provided construction management, surveying services and grant writing. 

Hankins Road NE Widening and Storm Sewer Project

Provided design and construction management services with main project components consisting of items such as the widening, realigning and profiling of the deteriorated roadway with full depth pavement replacement, and redesign of insufficient geometry and sight distance; 448 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course & Intermediate Course; 301 Asphalt Concrete Base; Installation of a storm sewer system including curb and gutter, catch basins and manholes along with varying size piping; water line relocation.  Prepared grant application which was secured through the Ohio Public Works Commission and Stark County Commissioners.

Our Projects

Levee Infrastructure Improvement Project
Provided design and construction management services along with grant writing.  Project corrected deficiencies that were identified with various storm sewers and sanitary sewer siphons that penetrate or flow under the existing Levee Structure that is located along the Tuscarawas River through the City of Massillon, Stark County, Ohio.  Main project components consist of slip lining various size storm sewer piping; Modification and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer siphon chambers and manholes; replacement of gate valves; and CIPP within sanitary sewer siphons.  Prepared grant applications for which grants were secured though the Ohio Public Works Commission and Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
