At Oakwood Square, Canton, OH, provided ALTA survey and site plan design services for private developer to renovate and remodel a 33,365 SF existing vacant commercial anchor space formerly occupied by Giant Eagle.

The Greens on Carter - Galion, OH

Provided land survey and site design services for a new 90-unit apartment complex including enclosed garages for moderate to upscale clientele in Galion, OH. Currently under construction, The Greens on Carter sits on 3.37 acres and represents a $4.4 million investment near Galion High School.

Woodridge Estates No.5 - Dalton, OH

Dalton Woodridge, LLC

Provided land survey and design, lot layout, roadway and utility design, and preliminary and final plat services for new 40-lot residential subdivision in Woodridge Estates allotment in Dalton, OH.

Nagel Road - Avon, OH

Provided site plan design, land surveying, and construction staking services for a private developer for the construction of a 20,080 SF multi-tenant shopping plaza on a 3.7-acre site in a growing commercial area.

Bowers Pineview Allotment – Improvement Project Phase 1 

North Canton, OH

Provided design services with main project components consisting of rehabilitation of 1,080 LF of existing roadways, 2,075 LF of curb replacement, and drainage improvements on Bachtel St. SE.

Bowers Pineview Allotment - Improvement Project Phases 2 and 3

North Canton, OH

Provided design services with main project components consisting of rehabilitation of 1,920 LF of existing roadways, 4,341 LF of curb replacement, and drainage improvements on Overridge Ave. SE and Pineview Ave. SE. Both phases to be constructed in 2020.

Massillon Energy & Technology Park – Massillon, OH

The Massillon Energy & Technology Park (METP) is a 465-acre multi-tenant industrial park located on the former Republic Steel property in Massillon, OH. CIVPRO has performed engineering services for METP owners on several projects. For this project, services provided included site design and construction layout for the original 9,050 SF Goodyear building, with a proposed 5,400 SF addition to be constructed.

Westbrook Estates – Massillon, OH

Lockhart Development

Provided land survey and design, lot layout, roadway and utility design, and preliminary and final plat services for new 66-lot residential subdivision in Westbrook Estates allotment in Massillon, OH. Design included 3,487 LF of new waterline including hydrants and valves, with connection to existing water distribution system.

Glenwood Blvd. - Twinsburg, OH

Provided site plan design, land surveying, and construction staking services for a private developer for the construction of a 6,000 SF multi-tenant commercial shopping plaza.

NEOCOM Industrial Park – Massillon, OH

Millennium Boulevard Extension, Massillon Development Foundation

Design of an extension of 3,000 LF of an existing industrial park roadway that included full depth pavement design, design of the proposed storm sewer system including curb & gutter, catch basins, manholes, water quality structures along with varying size piping; 3,000 LF water line relocation; 2,200 LF of proposed 18” sanitary sewer system.  Prepared grant application which was secured through the Ohio Department of Transportation, and the Ohio Development Services Agency in the amount of $1,002,717.00. NEOCOM Industrial Park is home to several businesses including Shearer's Snacks, E-Tank, and BJ Services, formerly Baker Hughes.  

Northfield Ave. SE Improvement Project - North Canton, OH

Provided design services with main project components consisting of rehabilitation of existing roadways including pavement, drainage system, and sanitary sewer replacement.  Project design included 1,550 LF of roadway improvements and sanitary sewer replacement, catch basins, and 3,333 LF of curb replacement. 

Springhill Historic Home Parking Lot Expansion - Massillon, OH

Provided design services for a new 46-space asphalt parking lot expansion that included storm sewer drainage system and detention basin improvements.

Elmridge Industrial Park Phases 13 and 14 - Canal Fulton, OH

Design Services, Construction Management – Provided design services for  an extension of 1,200 LF of an existing industrial park roadway that included full depth pavement design, design of the proposed storm sewer system including curb & gutter, catch basins, and manholes; 2,818 LF of new curb installation; 1,825 LF of new waterline installation including hydrant, valve, and blowoff assembly, with connection to existing water distribution system; 665 LF of service line installation to lots in industrial park; and 778 LF of new sanitary sewer system.
