Bowers Pineview Allotment – Improvement Project Phase 1, 2, and 3
North Canton, OH

Revitalizing Bachtel St. SE and Surrounding Roads with Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Drainage Upgrades, Enhancing Community Infrastructure

We provided essential design services for the improvement of Bachtel Street SE. The project’s first phase involved the comprehensive rehabilitation of 1,080 linear feet of roadway, the replacement of 2,075 linear feet of curbing, and crucial drainage enhancements. Our work was focused on modernizing the infrastructure to improve safety, manage stormwater effectively, and ensure the long-term durability of the roadway. This project successfully revitalized a key street within the community, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Continuing at Bowers Pineview Allotment, we embarked on the second and third phases of our ongoing infrastructure improvement efforts, following the success of the initial project on Bachtel St. SE. This phase focused on the rehabilitation of 1,920 linear feet of existing roadways, the replacement of 4,341 linear feet of curbing, and the implementation of advanced drainage improvements on both Overridge Avenue SE and Pineview Avenue SE. Building on the foundation laid in the first phase, our design services ensured these critical roadways were upgraded to handle increased traffic, enhance safety, and improve stormwater management. This project further solidifies our commitment to revitalizing the community’s infrastructure with a focus on long-term resilience and functionality.
