For Elmridge Industrial Park Phases 13 and 14, we provided both design services and construction management for the extension of a 1,200 linear foot roadway within an existing industrial park. This project involved comprehensive full-depth pavement design, ensuring the roadway could withstand heavy industrial use. Our design also included a robust storm sewer system, complete with curb and gutter, catch basins, and manholes to manage stormwater effectively.

Additionally, we oversaw the installation of 2,818 linear feet of new curbing and 1,825 linear feet of waterline, which included the integration of hydrants, valves, and blowoff assemblies into the existing water distribution system. The project also involved 665 linear feet of service line installation to connect individual lots within the industrial park and the construction of 778 linear feet of a new sanitary sewer system. Through our combined design and construction management efforts, we ensured that the infrastructure was built to meet current needs while providing capacity for future growth within the industrial park.
