Engineering the Goodyear Building and Expansion at the 465-Acre Massillon Energy & Technology Park

We were proud to contribute to the development of The Massillon Energy & Technology Park (METP), a sprawling 465-acre multi-tenant industrial park located on the former Republic Steel property. Our engineering expertise was enlisted by the METP owners for multiple projects, including the site design and construction layout for the original 9,050-square-foot Goodyear building. In addition to the initial construction, our services also encompassed the planning for a proposed 5,400-square-foot expansion, ensuring that the site is primed for future growth.
