Within Massillon, Ohio, we undertook a comprehensive and large-scale project within the Westbrook Estates allotment where we provided a vast expanse of engineering services for a new 66-lot residential subdivision. Our team was responsible for every stage of development, from the initial land survey and design to the intricate lot layout, roadway, and utility design. Our work began with detailed land surveying to ensure accurate lot boundaries and optimal placement of infrastructure, setting the foundation for a well-organized and functional community.

A key component of this project was the design and installation of a new waterline system, spanning 3,487 linear feet. This included the strategic placement of hydrants and valves to ensure robust fire protection and reliable water distribution throughout the subdivision. Our team meticulously planned the connection of this new waterline to the existing municipal water distribution system, ensuring seamless integration and long-term operational efficiency.

In addition to these critical infrastructure components, our services included both preliminary and final platting, which were essential in securing the necessary approvals and guiding the project through to successful completion. The subdivision was meticulously designed to meet the needs of a growing community, with a focus on creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for future residents.
